Exchange policy
We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to exchange your order if you believe:
- The products you purchased have been damaged during shipping or delivery
- There is a mistake on your order
You must contact us within 48 hours following the reception of your order to request an exchange. We will ship your new order as soon as possible according to product availability and the shipping option you selected in the first place or issue a store credit to offer you other product alternatives.
Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any returns or issue refunds for your order. If there is an issue with your order please let us know right away and see if you qualify for an exchange (see Exchange Policy).
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your order has not been picked-up or shipped yet, we will attempt to cancel it and issue a store credit less shipping or delivery costs. If the order has been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it and the Return & Refund policy would apply.
