Shipping Policy

If you purchase an item on our marketplace we will process your order within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped by the brand you selected and will arrive within the time frame selected during check out.

US Shipping: Provided by the brand you selected. If available and selected at checkout - your shipping will be 100% carbon-free.

 

Delivery Policy 

Local delivery is provided by a third-party partner. The courier will keep you updated on your status by text(s) to the mobile phone number you provided during check-out. If the courier cannot reach you by phone to deliver the package - a cancellation fee of $10 USD will be applied to your order. Your order will be canceled and refunded as a store credit less the cancellation fees. Delivery or shipping fees will apply to your next order using the credit issued.
